Mullein

A traditional European herb whose leaves and flowers support respiratory health, acting as an expectorant to soothe coughs, bronchitis, asthma, and sore throats. Mullein-infused oil has also been used for ear infections. Seeds are toxic and shouldn’t be used medicinally; strain leaf hairs from tea to avoid throat irritation.
