Seeds long used in traditional medicine, best known for boosting breast milk production and lowering blood sugar, making it popular for type 2 diabetes support. Also used to stimulate appetite, aid digestion, and support testosterone and libido. Can cause hypoglycemia, especially with diabetes medication; risky in pregnancy; may trigger reactions in those allergic to peanuts or chickpeas.
