Broccoli Sprouts

Broccoli plants harvested just 3–5 days after sprouting, containing up to 100 times more sulforaphane than mature broccoli. Sulforaphane targets xenoestrogens (hormone-disrupting compounds in plastics) and has been studied extensively for its potential anti-cancer properties.
