Shipping Destinations

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping methods through the United States Postal Service, Ground Advantage. If you prefer a different US Postal Service option, then please contact us at sales@herbsetc.org to learn what the shipping cost will be.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the products, the destination, and the shipping method chosen. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: Typically takes between 3-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@herbsetc.org.  We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Policy

Customers are eligible to return their purchases within 7 days of receiving their items for any reason or no reason at all. Should you choose to cancel your order, only the product cost will be refunded, and this will occur within 30 days upon our receipt of the returned items. Please note that we do not refund postal charges. All returns, whether for a refund or exchange, must be in unused condition.

In cases where the received goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged, we will refund the postage costs, but we require photographic evidence to support such claims. All returns should be returned to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Any items returned after this 30-day period, regardless of their condition, will neither be refunded nor replaced, and we will dispose of them. On the rare occasion that a customer receives an incorrect item, upon receipt of the returned incorrect product, Herbs Etc will dispatch the correct item and refund the cost of return postage.
